Duck and Waffle

o1creative were asked to take the famous high-rise Duck & Waffle restaurant and bring it down to earth in the form of a fast casual restaurant based initially in Haymarket. The concept was derived from the ‘Food to Table’ provenance of the food and was styled with farming implements and farm material finishes.
A fast service, cocktail and beer bar with innovative pre-mixed cocktails available designed to complement the menu. Large red sharing tables line the restaurant with feature suspended light fittings overhead below the distressed corrugated metal ceiling evoking agricultural architecture.
