The Darwin Brasserie is an all-day restaurant with a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The overall theme is casual chic to match the everyday price point and stylish menu. Named after the botanist Charles Darwin to compliment the Sky Garden experience, we used a pallet of natural volcanic island inspired materials and colours mixed with organic references and forms.
